TE HONO KI MANAWAŪ currently provides an alternative therapeutic service (“Services”) online and in person, via the TE HONO KI MANAWAŪ Site(s) (the “Sites” or “Site”) to individuals who use our Sites or purchase our in-person Services (hereafter referred to as “Clients”, “Whaiora”, “you”, or “your”). The following Terms and Policies, as amended or modified periodically (the “Terms of Access”), govern your use of our Services and Sites.

PAYMENT

You agree to pay all applicable costs and taxes in relation to your purchase of TE HONO KI MANAWAŪ Services prior to, or on the day of, arrival, and further, you authorise TE HONO KI MANAWAŪ to charge you for such Services using your preferred payment method. All costs are chargeable in New Zealand Dollars and are non-refundable, except as required by law, or as detailed below under “Refund Policy”. Credit card and/or bank charges and foreign exchange rates are beyond TE HONO KI MANAWAŪ control and we are in no way responsible for these. You are responsible for providing us with complete and accurate billing and contact information, and we may suspend, cancel or terminate Service if payments are declined.

We have a no refund policy. We do not provide refunds if you don't show up or choose not to attend your session. However, we will review on a ‘case-by-case basis’ in certain circumstances that are completely out of your control, fair and reasonable considerations.

CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us by phone call (leave a message if unavailable), text or email of cancellation within 48 hours of service. Whilst we do not provide refunds, as per clause 15. above, any cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with the option to reschedule within 1 month.
